Legal Notice and Editorial Policy

Western Slope Faith JournalGrand Junction, Colorado

This page states the publication terms of the Western Slope Faith Journal, the independent editorial publication at fbcgj.org.

Independence and non affiliation

The Western Slope Faith Journal is an editorial publication. It is not affiliated with First Baptist Church of Grand Junction, any other congregation, any denomination or religious organization. The domain previously hosted a congregation's website and later unrelated content; the journal that publishes here today has no connection to either. Nothing on this site is a statement, service announcement or invitation by any church.

Editorial content and liability

Articles are prepared from public sources named in the text. The journal corrects verified errors brought through the contact page. Content is provided for general information; it is not legal, pastoral or professional advice, and readers should verify dates and facts against the cited sources before relying on them for research or publication.

Imagery

Photographs illustrating this journal depict generic scenes of churches, study desks and community halls in the western Colorado manner. They are illustrative scenes, not documentary photographs of any specific congregation, building or person, and they should not be cited as depicting First Baptist Church of Grand Junction or any other identifiable church.

Copyright

The text and photographs of this site are the property of the journal's publisher. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is welcome; republication of whole articles or photographs requires written permission from the editors.

Privacy

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Standard server logs are kept by the hosting network for security and performance, as is normal for any website, and mail sent to the editorial address is used only to answer and, where relevant, to correct articles. The journal does not sell or share reader correspondence.

Accessibility and changes

Pages are built to remain readable without images or scripts and carry descriptive text alternatives. These terms may be revised; the version published on this page is the current one, and material changes will be reflected here.
